摘 要:目的:评价不同比例的聚乳酸-聚羟基乙酸/磷酸钙骨水泥(PLGA/CPC)复合支架材料物理性能及生物相容性。方法:调整PLGA与CPC的质量比分为8∶2(A组)、7∶3(B组)和6∶4(C组)3组。采用溶剂浇铸-粒子沥滤结合相分离法制备PLGA/CPC复合支架材料,并对3种材料的表面形态、孔隙率、降解性及细胞相容性进行对比研究,筛选出最佳比例复合材料。结果:B组PLGA/CPC复合支架材料孔隙率为91.18%,孔径大小均匀,孔隙间连通性好;降解14 d后,失重率增加;细胞实验表明,该支架材料在第1,3,5,7天时材料毒性均为0级,优于其他2组。结论:7∶3比例PLGA/CPC复合支架材料具备良好的孔径、孔隙率、降解性及生物相容性。Objective: To evaluate the mechanical properties and biocompatibility of PLGA/CPC scaffold with different ratio of PLGA to CPC in vitro. Methods: The samples were prepared by adjusting the mass ratio of the Poly( lactide-co-glycolide, PLGA) to calci-um phosphate eements(CPC) as 8:2(group A), 7:3(group B) and 6:4(group C) respectively. The PLGA/CPC scaffold materials were made by solvent casting-particulate leaching/phase separation technique. The pore size, porosity, degradation rate and eytocom- patibility were examined respectively. Results: The scaffold of group B possessed uniform pore distribution, good intereonneetion and high porosity(91.18% ). After 14 days, the degradation rate and mass loss ratio of the samples of group B were increasing. Cell com- patibility studies showed that the samples of group B had no eytotoxicity. Conclusion: PLGA/CPC scaffold with the ratio of 7:3 has larger pores, higher porosity and better bioeompatibility.
