摘 要:目的:研究含F-酸性人工唾液对钛-瓷结合强度及钛瓷断裂方式的影响。方法:将低熔钛瓷粉分层烧结在纯钛金属片上,浸泡于37℃、pH=2.5、NaF 0.2%(实验A组)和pH=5.0、NaF 0.2%(实验B组)人工唾液中1、3、7、14、30 d,三点弯曲实验测试钛-瓷结合强度;用扫描电镜观察瓷剥脱后的钛表面形貌,对该界面进行X线衍射分析(XRD)。结果:实验A1d组和实验B1d组的钛-瓷结合强度(25.8±3.1)和(26.8±2.0)MPa均显著低于对照组(29.5±4.2)MPa;随着浸泡时间的延长,其结合强度逐渐降低。XRD显示瓷剥脱后的钛表面均存在Ti6O相、金红石相TiO2和刚玉相,实验组和对照组的钛瓷断裂位置均位于钛表面氧化膜与钛基底之间。结论:酸性含F-的人工唾液可以降低钛-瓷结合强度。Objective: To investigate the effect of acid artificial saliva with fluoride on the bond strength and the fracture mode of the Ti-porcelain system. Methods: Low-fusing titanium porcelain was fired on titanium specimens. Then the specimens were immersed in artificial saliva containing lactic acid and NaF with pH 2.5, NaF 0.2% ( Group A) and pH 5.0, NaF 0.2% ( Group B) for 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30 d, respectively, The Ti-porcelain bond strength of the specimens was measured by three-point bending test. The phase composition and surface morphology of titanium debonded from porcelain was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and SEM. Results: The Ti-porcelain bond strength (MPa) of control, Ald and Bid groups was 29.5 ± 4.2, 25.8 ± 3. 1 and 26.8 ± 2.0 respectively ( control vs A1d and B1d, P 〈0.05), and that of group A1d and B1d decreased in a time-dependant manner. The XRD patterns of titanium surface debonded from porcelain showed typical patterns of Ti6 O, rutile phase and corundum phase,indicating that the failure predominantly occurred at the titanium oxide interface. Conclusion: The acid artificial saliva with F^- can reduce the Ti-porcelain bond strength.
