摘　　要：目的:系统评价乏氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)的表达与舌鳞状细胞癌(TSCC)的关系。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、ISI Web of Knowledge系列数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普(VIP)、中国期刊网全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据,结合手工检索,查找时间从建库至2013-04,纳入HIF-1α的表达与TSCC关系的临床研究,文献由2位研究者按照事先制定的纳入和排除标准筛选,提取资料,质量评价后,用RevMan 5.2软件进行meta分析。结果:共纳入9个研究(702例患者),meta分析结果显示:HIF-1α的表达在TSCC组高于正常对照组(OR=10.42,P<0.000 01)。HIF-1α的表达在T1-T2期低于T3-T4期(OR=0.29,P<0.000 01)、临床分期I-II期低于III-IV期(OR=0.12,P<0.000 01)、淋巴结无转移组低于有转移组(OR=0.30,P=0.002)。病理检测高分化组与中低分化组HIF-1α的表达差异无统计学意义(OR=0.41,P=0.08)。结论:HIF-1α在TSCC中高表达,增加其恶性行为的发生风险。Objective： To investigate the relationship between hypoxia-inducible factor-1α （ HIF-1α） expression and tongue squamous cell carcinoma（TSCC） with a systematic review. Methods： All published studies of HIF-1α expression in TSCC were retrieved from the database, including PubMed, EMbase, ISI Web of Knowledge, China Biomedicine Literature Database （ CBM）, Weipu （VIP） , China National Knowledge Internet（CNKI） and Wanfang Database from the establishment date to April of 2013. Then the retrieved studies were screened according to the pre-defined inclusion and exclusion criteria by 2 researchers, the data were extracted, the quality of the included studies was evaluated. Meta-analyses were performed by using the Cochrane Collaboration＇s RevMan 5.2 software. Results： 9 studies（702 patients） were included. Meta-analysis showed that the positive rate of HIF-1α expression in TSCC was higher than in the control （ OR = 10.42, P 〈0.000 01 ） ; in T1-T2 stages was lower than in T3-T4 （ OR =0.29, P 〈0.000 01 ）, in clinic stages Ⅰ-Ⅱ was lower than in Ⅲ-Ⅳ（ OR = 0.12, P 〈 0.000 01 ）, in the cases with lymph node metastasis was higher than in those without lymph node metastasis（ OR = 0.30, P = 0. 002 ）. No significant difference was found between the cases with well differentiation and poor or moderate [ OR = 0. 41, P = 0.08 ]. Conclusion： HIF-1α is over expressed in TSCC and may increase the malignant behaviors of TSCC
