摘　　要：种植体周围炎是导致种植远期失败的主要原因。而牙菌斑是种植体周围炎的始动因子。因此菌斑控制成为预防种植体周围炎和保障种植远期成功率的关键。菌斑控制首先需要患者做好日常口腔保健。本文详述了患者如何针对种植修复的特殊性,通过专业工具和方法做好日常维护,包括如何选择牙刷、齿间清洁工具、抑菌剂等,以及医生如何做好定期检查和专业维护。Dental plaque can lead to peri-implantitis which is the main factor of implantation failure. Therefore, plaque control is critical for the longevity of dental implant. In this review details about patient oral hygiene via professional tools and approaches are discussed, including how to choose and apply toothbrush, inter-dental tool and anti-bacterial agents, as well as how to do follow-up check and professional maintenance.
