3种根管充填糊剂牙根抗折性的体外研究

摘　　要：牙根纵折是根管治疗后较为严重的并发症,根管充填材料的性能与其有重要的关系。通过对根管充填后的离体牙进行体外加载实验,比较3种根管充填糊剂(AH Plus,iRoot SP,Guttaflow)的牙根抗折性,iRoot SP单尖充填的牙根抗折性较强(P<0.05)。Vertical root fracture is a most frustrating complication of root canal therapy. Filling material is a related factor. In this study the sealing ability and fracture resistance of filling materials AH Plus, iRoot SP and Guttaflow were compared through in vitro loading test, iRoot SP with single peak filling produced stronger fracture resistance（ P 〈 0.05 ）.
