摘　　要：按照WHO《口腔健康检查基本方法》调查赞比亚2 209 名12-19 岁中学生龋齿的患病情况，12 岁学生患龋率17.23%，龋均0.25; 13-19 岁学生患龋率20.12%,龋均0.28; 12-19 岁学生龋齿充填率1.95%。建议该国加强对中学生的口腔健康教育和服务。The prevalence of caries of permanent teeth in 12 - 19 year old middle school students in the capital of Zambia was investigated according to WHO Global Oral Health Program. In 12 year-old students the caries prevelenee and DMFT were 17.23% and 0.25, in 13 - 19 year-old students 20.12% and 0.28, respectively. Oral health education and services should be strengthened for the teen-agers in Zambia.
