摘　　要：神经退行性疾病（neurodegenerative diseases）是一种大脑和脊髓的神经元数量减少、功能丧失的疾病状态。大脑和脊髓的神经元一般不可再生，因此神经元或其髓鞘的丧失会随着时间的推移而恶化，最终导致功能障碍。Insulin resistance is a condition in which the cells fail to respond to the normal actions of insulin, acting as decreased glucose utilization, abnormal glucose tolerance and compensatory increased insulin concentration in the serum. Altered insulin-related indicator has been detected in neurodegenerative diseases. Recent studies indicate that insulin resistance is involved in the occurrence and development of neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzbeimer＇s disease, Parkinson＇s disease, Huntington＇s disease, etc. This review summarizes the relationship between insulin resistance and neurodegenerative diseases.
