关于燃油总管支架修复的技术研究

摘  要:燃油总管上有七个支架沿圆周均布,每个支架上有一个ф8mm的通孔。装配时,以七个支架孔为基准将燃油总管固定在燃烧室机匣的支撑座上。在故检时发现,个别支架孔孔径超差。为了解决燃油总管支架孔超差问题,将支架端面材料去除,把预制的GH708材料的定位板通过定位夹具将其焊接在支架上,用真空热处理消除焊接应力。采用该方法修复的燃油总管已经达到设计要求,满足了生产急需,提高了燃油总管深度修理的可靠性。There are seven supports uniformly distributed along the circumference of the main fuel pipeline. And a Ф8mm hole is set on each of the supports. During assembling, fixed the main fuel pipeline on the foundation of combustor cartridge receiver on the basis of the hole set on the supports. But some hole size was overproof when checking. In order to solve the problem, remove the materials on the face of supports, weld the prefabricated GH708 positioning plate on the support with the positioning fixture, and eliminate the welding stress through the vacuum thermal treatment. By adopting this new technology can content to the design requirements and the production requirements, and improve the reliability of deep repairing of the main fuel pipeline.
