摘 要:目的了解喉癌组织中KAI1和CD44v3表达的情况,探讨其在喉癌中的意义及与淋巴转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学(SP)法分别检测40例喉癌患者的咽喉黏膜组织、30例正体检者咽喉黏膜组织中KAIl和CD44v3的表达水平。并分析两者在喉癌不同分化程度、临床分、有无淋巴结转移的癌组织中表达的差异及其相关性。结果癌组织中KAI1的表达低于在正常喉黏膜组织中的表达(x^2=8.86,P<0.01),在癌组织中表达与分化程度、临床分期及是否有淋结转移无关(P>0.05),但阳性表达的强度与临床分期及是否有淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);CD44v3在癌组织中的表达高于正常咽喉黏膜组织(x^2=18.36,P<0.01),表达与临床分期及是有淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与分化程度无关。KAI1及CD44v3在癌组织中的表达具有相性(x^2=4.19,P<0.05),关联系数r=0.67。结论 KAI1的表达可能抑制喉癌的发生及转移程,CD44v3可能促进了喉癌的发生和转移。Objective o evaluate the expressions of KAI1 and CD44v3 in laryngeal carcinoma, and their effect on laryngeal carcinoma and lymph nodes metastasis.Methods The technology of immunohistochemistry SP was used to detect the expressions of KAI1, CD44v3 protein in the 40 cases of laryngeal carcinoma and 30 cases normal mucosa respectively. In addition, several clinic pathological features were analyzed.Results KAI1 expression was significantly lower while CD44v3 expression w as significantly higher in 40 cases of laryngeal carcinoma tissue than 30 cases normal mucosa, and there was statistical significance between them. There was no significant difference in the expression of KAI1 and CD44v3 protein and pathological grades, but there was statisticalsignificance in clinical grades. As to lymphatic metastasis of carcinoma cells, the positive expression rate of KAI1 was decreasing while CD44v3 protein was increasing obviously.Conclusion KAI1 and CD44v3 participate in the occurrence and metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma.
