摘  要:目的探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗乳腺癌的有效性和可行性。方法选取经穿刺活检病理确诊为乳腺浸润性导管癌患者13例,接受高强度聚焦超声治疗而后行改良根治术,对癌组织及周围正常组织分别取材,进行光镜、电镜观察及NADH-黄递酶活性检测。结果光镜观察11例靶区内肿瘤组织仅有轻微退变,2例靶区内约40%的肿瘤组织出现凝固性坏死。电镜显示靶区内肿瘤细胞凝固性坏死,NADH-黄递酶活性检测发现靶区肿瘤染色阴性。结论经高强度聚焦超声治疗,乳腺癌组织发生坏死,HIFU有望成为乳腺癌治疗的有效方法。Objective To explore the effect and feasibility of treatment of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) on the breast carcinoma. Methods Thirteen patients with breast carcinoma underwent HIFU treatment one or two days before modified radical mastectomy. Optical microscopy, electron microscopy and NADH-diaphorase activity assay were performed in carcinoma and normal tissue respectively. Results Optical microscopy showed that there were no obvious changes in 11 cases and coagulation necroses in about 40 percent of tumor in 2 cases. Electron microscopy confirmed the coagulation necroses in the targeted tumors. NADH-diaphorase activity assay displayed negative in the tumor tissue. Conclusions Breast carcinoma treated by HIFU displays necrosis and HIFU is supposed to be one approach of non- invasive therapy in breast carcinoma.
