摘  要:目的:研究AO微型接骨板在牙种植同期骨诱导成型术中的应用疗效。方法:选择无种植禁忌症,唇侧骨板缺损多的前牙15例,同期在唇侧安置AO微型接骨板,植入人工骨粉,覆盖生物膜,完成种植体植入术。6个月后行二期手术,取出接骨板,常规修复。结果:15例患者中有1例3个半月出现钛板暴露,将其取出后不影响骨缺损区骨再生,本组所有患者牙槽嵴成骨明显,唇侧骨达到满意形态,修复后的牙龈质地、色泽良好。结论:AO微型接骨板起帐篷支架作用,结合生物膜有效的维持膜下骨空间,降低单独使用钛膜和生物膜导致的组织瓣裂开和感染风险以及再生骨量不足的风险,可达到理想的引导骨再生效果,具有一定的临床实用意义。Objective: To study the treatment of AO miniplates in dental implant with GBR. Methods: 15 cases of anterior teeth without implant contraindications and with a great deal of bone defect were placed AO miniplates in the labial when the artificial coral bone particles were implanted and the dental biofilms were covered, then comple- ted implants surgery. The miniplates were removed after 6 months during the secondary operation and the implants were conventional restored. Results: One of the AO miniplates was exposed after 3 and a half months which was re- moved and it did not affect the bone regeneration. The alveolar bone ridges were significantly osteogenic, and the la- bial bones were satisfactory shape,the texture and the color of gum were favorable. Conclusion: AO miniplates were pillars, which could combine the biofilm to maintain bone space effectively, reduce the risk of flap dehiscence, infec- tion, and inadequate bone regeneration in titanium film or biofilm lonely. AO miniplates could achieve the ideal effect of GBR, which had certain clinical practical significance.
