摘　　要：目的探索三维超声造影技术在HIFU治疗肝肿瘤中即时评估治疗的效果。方法 30例肝肿瘤患者经单纯HIFU治疗,治疗前1 d和治疗后即刻行三维超声造影检查评估治疗效果,10 d和6个月后行增强CT检查。结果(1)29例患者均能很好地耐受HIFU治疗,三维超声造影检查和增强CT检查显示28例病灶完全灭活,1例部分灭活.另1例患者因治疗区皮肤在治疗初期出现皮肤点状Ⅱ度烧伤终止治疗。(2)三维超声造影检查与增强CT检查结果一致。结论三维超声造影技术可在HIFU治疗过程中准确、及时评估HIFU灭活肝肿瘤的效果。Objective To explore immediately efficacy evaluated by 3D contrast-enhance ultrasound in the treatment of hepatic tumor with HIFU.Methods Thirty patients with liver tumor had received HIFU treatment.3D contrast-enhance ultrasound was performed one day before the treatment and after the treatment immediately.Ten days and half of year later,enhanced CT exam was carried out.Results （1）Twenty-nine patients could endure HIFU treatment well,3D contrast-enhance ultrasound and enhanced CT showed complete ablated of tumor in twenty-eight patients,partial ablation in one patient,other one patient did not finish HIFU treatment due to punctiform skin burn with Ⅱ degree at the early period of HIFU treatment.（2）The results of 3D contrast-enhance ultrasound were coincident with that of enhanced CT.Conclusions 3D contrast-enhance ultrasound examination could reflect effect of tumor inactivation exactly and promptly.
