摘  要:针对配电网中性点接地时断路器投入补偿电容器组的情况进行了仿真分析,给出了有效的合闸策略。设计了一种以浮点型DSP为核心的同步关合控制系统,阐述了同步合闸过程,并对同步关合的关键技术进行了研究。提出了单相锁相环(SPLL)前置FIR工频窄带数字滤波器的方法准确跟踪信号相位,避免了谐波对提取过零点的干扰。通过BP人工神经网络方法,建立了不同控制电压和环境温度下预测合闸时间的数学模型,运用改进的最快下降法修正权值和阈值,选择足够多的样本训练网络,具有精度高、容错性强等优点。自适应补偿动作时间,减少三相触头动作不同期。多次试验结果表明,同步控制误差保持在±1 ms内。Situations of circuit breaker in distributing network with neutral earthed closing for compensation capacitor groups synchronously are simulated and analysed, and effective synchronous closing strategies are given. The system of synchronous closing is designed based on floating-point DSP, the process of which is represented. The key technologies of synchronous closing are researched. The mathematical model of different control voltage and ambient temperature to predict the closing time is created by BP artificial neural network method. The steepest descent method is used to correct weights and threshold values. The network with the advantages of high accuracy and powerful fault tolerance capability is trained by a sufficient number of samples. Action time of circuit breaker is compensated adaptively, in order to reduce the dispersion of three-phase action time. Multiple test results reveal that synchronous control error is kept to within ±1 ms.
