摘 要:基于Feenstra的商品连续统模型及中国制造行业的面板数据,实证研究自主研发、外资进入对价值链升级的作用机制。结果表明:自主研发显著促进了价值链升级;外资进入的溢出效应存在较大的行业差异性;自主研发与外资进入之间未形成良好的互动;人力资本与物质资本积累是推动价值链升级的必要保障,但人力资本的优势并未显现;市场交易环境与行业规模对价值链升级也具有一定影响;产业价值链攀升的关键是加快挖掘和培育自主研发能力,并与外资进入产生良好的协同效应。Based on the continuum model of goods and the panel data from China's manufacturing industry, this paper conducts an empirical research on how independent R&D and FDI affect the upgrading of industry value chain (IVC). The results show that independent R&D significantly promotes the upgrading of IVC while FDI has a big industrial heterogeneity; a good interactive mechanism between independent R&D and FDI is not formed; the accumulation of human capital and material capital is the necessary guarantee to the upgrading of IVC, but the advantage of human capital has not appeared ; market trading environment and industry scale factor also have a certain influence over the upgrading of IVC. Therefore, the key to China's IVC upgrading is to tap and nurture independent R&D and create synergies with FDI.
