摘 要:为克服现有车辆悬架系统的诸多不足,提出一种用于电磁式主动悬架系统的新型直线容错式磁通切换永磁(LFT-FSPM)电机。该电机具有效率高、动子结构简单以及永磁体易于散热等优点。为进一步提高悬架系统的运行可靠性,设计了容错齿结构,增强了电机相间独立性,提升了容错性能。分别对6/10极、6/11极LFT-FSPM电机运用有限元方法进行电磁性能分析和比较,计算结果验证了理论分析的正确性。To solve the problems of the existing vehicle suspensions, an electromagnetic active suspensionsystem was proposed, in which a linear fault-tolerant flux-switching permanent-magnet (LFF-FSPM) motorwas adopted. The proposed LFT-FSPM motor incorporated the merits of high efficiency, simple and robustmover structure, and good thermal dissipation conditions. For the purpose of high reliability operation of theactive vehicle suspension system, the concept of fault-tolerant teeth was employed to provide the desired decoupling among phases. Two LFF-FSPM motors, namely 6/10-pole and 6/11-pole ones, were designed. Thefinite-element method was employed to analyze and compare their electromagnetic performances, verifying theeffectiveness of the theoretical analysis.
