摘　　要：山区高校计算机专业人才培养的目的是培养出符合市场需求的实用型人才,嘉应学院计算机学院借鉴优秀IT职业培训机构成功的经验,对计算机专业应用型人才培养模式进行理论上的探讨和实践上的改革,改变传统散放式的专业实习,采用市场需求驱动的应用型人才能力培养模式,结合IT职业培训机构的优势,由IT机构实施毕业前的定向专业实习培训,增强学生实践动手能力,从而实现就业的无缝衔接。Adapting to social needs and cultivating applied talents to meet the market demand are the two important topics in confronting computer professionals training programs of colleges in mountainous areas.To overcome this problems the following schemes are the key to success.First,it is possible to conduct theoretical discussion and practical reform towards the training mode of applied computer talents by learning the successful experience of excellent IT vocational training institutions.Second,it is feasible to propose market demand driven capability training mode of applied talents and change the traditional style of the professional intern mode.Third,combining the advantages of IT vocational training institutions,it is able for IT organizations to implement targeted professional internship before graduation.Finally,the project enhances students＇ practical ability and ensures a seamless transition from college to employment.
