高校多媒体教室开放式管理的构建与探索

摘　　要：多媒体教室的数量与日俱增,封闭式的管理不适应数量激增、分布日益分散这一高校多媒体教室发展状况的要求。为了实现在教学中充分发挥多媒体设备功能的目标,必须实现多媒体教室的开放式管理。多媒体教室开放式管理的内容包括多媒体教室使用时间的开放及多媒体教室管理模式的开放。其具体实施措施为:制度化管理多媒体教室及完善多媒体教室设备安全防范措施;有效保障了高校教学模式的改革,减少了多媒体教室的管理成本,促进了多媒体设备发挥最大效能,这是具有重要意义的管理模式更新。The amount of the media classrooms grows with each passing day,close management can＇ he amount retirement for the growth growing state of media classrooms whose amount increases sharply and whose distribution is scattered day by day.In order to cut down the management expenses and to implement the aim for bringing the function of media equipments into usage,it is necessary to carry out the opening management for the media classrooms.It is the key measure to promote the function of media equipments to be brought into play enormously.The contents of open management for medium classrooms include opening the usable time of medium of medium classrooms and opening the management pattern.Their particular opera-able measures are systematization-acl management of medium classrooms and improving the safety protection measures of facilities in the medium classrooms.After carrying out the above-mentioned measures of opening management for medium classrooms,the reformation of teaching patterns in university is ensured effectively,the administration cost of medium classrooms is reduced and the development of the maximum effect for medium facilities is promoted.The opening management for medium classrooms is important reformation in the management patterns.
