摘　　要：应用性本科人才培养模式不仅可以培养学生良好的科学素质和道德修养,更重要的它密切关系到学校的前途命运。本论文从医化学院吸收国内外的经验、课程建设、引进高层次人才到领导干部的培养全面分析和探索了应用性本科人才培养模式,为台州地方经济注入新的活力。Applied undergraduate talents training mode can not only enable the students to have good scientific quality and moral cultivation and it is most important that it is closely connected with the schools future and destiny. The comprehensive analysis and exploration of the training mode of applied undergraduate talents was discussed to provide technical support for the economic development of Taizhou city, by absorbing domestic and foreign experience, course construction, the introduction of high - level talent and the leading cadres training.
