急性脑梗死行动脉溶栓术患者的围术期护理

摘　　要：目的探讨急性脑梗死行动脉溶栓术患者的围术期护理方法。方法回顾分析并总结2009年1月至2013年6月苏州市立医院收治的31例急性脑梗死行动脉溶栓术患者的临床资料。结果本组患者使用阿替普酶15-35 mg,平均（24.4±15.9）mg;所有患者无围术期伤口血肿、假性动脉瘤等穿刺相关并发症发生;溶栓结束后有14例患者（45.16%）血管完全再通,11例（35.48%）部分再通,6例未通（19.36%）,有效率达80.64%。结论精心细致的围术期护理有利于保证动脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者的效果。Objective To discuss the perioperative nursing strategy for patient with acute ischemic stroke accepted intra-arterial thrombolysis treatment.Methods Clinical data of a total of 31 cases of acute ischemic stroke treated with intra-arterial thrombolysis were analyzed retrospectively.Results Patients were had Alteplase 15- 35mg in total,（ 24.4 ± 15.9） mg averagely; none of the patients had peroperative wound hematomas,pseudoaneurysm and other pucture relavent complications; 14 patients（ 45.16%） had total recanalization,while 11（ 35.48%） partial recanalization and 6 cases（ 19.34%） were not recanalized,and the efficiency rate was 80.64%.Conclusion Careful perioperative nursing can effectively ensure treatment effect of acute ischemic stroke with Intraarterial thrombolysis.
