摘 要:分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)接入配电网,可以有效缓解传统发电方式带来的环境污染和能源枯竭问题。在考虑DG环境效益的基础上,针对多类型DG接入位置及容量问题,建立了综合污染气体排放量、配电网总费用和系统电压偏差的多目标模型,并提出了一种自适应多目标粒子群算法。该算法结合非线性变异算子保持种群多样性,采用动态自适应网格策略使得Pareto前端分布更加均匀,从而为最终决策提供良好的候选方案。针对获得的非支配集,采用分层模糊决策技术得到符合决策者侧重点的最终方案。算例分析结果表明,利用该方法得到的DG配置方案,可以有效地减少污染排放量,降低总费用,减小电压偏差,这验证了模型和算法的合理性和有效性。Connecting the distributed generation (DG) to distribution network can effectively alleviate the environmental pollution and energy depletion brought by traditional power generation modes.On the basis of considering the environmental benefit brought about by DG,in allusion to the grid-connected positions and capacities of various types of DG a multi-objective model,in which the emissions of pollution gases,the total cost of distribution network and grid voltage deviation are synthetized,is established,meanwhile a kind of adaptive multi-objective particle swamp optimization (AMOPSO) is proposed.In AMOPSO the nonlinear mutation operator is combined to maintain the diversity of the population,and dynamic adaptive mesh strategy is adopted to make the distribution of Pareto front more even,thus good candidate schemes are provided for terminal decision.For the obtained nondominated set the hierarchical fuzzy decision technique is utilized to obtain the final scheme,which conforms to the emphasis of decision-maker.Results of example analysis show that using the proposed method the obtained configuration scheme of DG can effectively reduce the pollution emissions,total cost and the voltage deviation,thus the reasonableness and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm are validated.
