摘  要:以饭店、旅行社、景区、旅游网络公司和旅游车船公司为研究对象,运用统计分析程序SPSS对旅游行业人力资源流动的一般特征作交叉分析和均值分析,揭示人力资源流动的行业间和行业内部差异;对旅游人力资源流动的行业差异及行业两两差异作假设检验,检验结果显示旅游人力资源流动行业差异及行业两两差异比较显著;对形成旅游行业人力资源流动行业差异的影响因素作多元回归分析,结果显示影响旅游行业人力资源流动的因子为年龄、婚姻状况、学历、年收入、专业技术职称、工作职务和工龄,中观因子薪酬满意度、晋升机会、服务质量和企业忠诚度,宏观因子政府行为和社会大环境.In order to reveal the inter-and intra-sectoral differences of the human resource flow and the factors impacting the differences,this paper did cross-analysis and meanvalue analysis on the general characteristics of the human resources flow between tourism sectors,such as hotels,restaurants,travel agencies,scenic spots,tourist Networks and travel agencies by using the statistical analysis program of SPSS.The results show that the inter-sectoral differences of human resources flow are significant,especially the differences between hotels and travel agencies,hotels and scenic spots,travel agencies and tourism transportation,scenic spots and tourism Networks,and scenic spots and tourism transportation.The multivariate regression analysis indicates that the factors impacting the sectoral differences of tourism human resource include the demographical factors such as age,marital status,education,annual income,professional title,job title and seniority,and the meso-factors such as payment satisfaction,advancement opportunities,quality of service and corporate loyalty,and macroeconomic factors such as the social environment and government behaviors.
