摘　　要：建立了加速溶剂萃取/气相色谱三重四级杆串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)检测棉织物中31种农药残留的方法。采用加速溶剂萃取进行提取,并优化了萃取溶剂的比率、萃取温度、萃取时间等萃取条件;采用QuEchERS法进行净化,GCMS/MS的多反应离子监测模式(MRM)进行定性定量检测。结果表明,本方法准确性和重复性好,灵敏度高,操作简便,适用于棉织物中多种农药残留的同时测定。A method is developed for the determination of 31 pesticide residues on cotton fabric by accelerated solvent extraction （ASE） and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry （GC -MS/MS）. The ratio of the extraction solvent, extraction temperature and extraction time duration are optimized. QuEchERS method is used for purifying. Qualitative and quantitativee analyses are performed by using muhiple-reaction monitoring （MRM）. The method is of good accuracy and reiteration, high sensitivity, easy operation, and suitable for simultaneous determination of multiple pesticide residues on cotton fabric.
