摘　　要：界定了名师、教育名师联盟的概念,阐述了教育名师联盟的内涵与意义;提出了教育名师联盟模式的结构、内涵、操作程序和方法;指出了教育名师联盟机制建设要以制度为抓手、以项目和价值为导向;实行高校与中小学的名师联盟机制:互补与共生,高校与高校之间的名师联盟机制:协作与共享,高校与企业行业之间的名师联盟机制:互助与互惠。In this essay, the author firstly defines such concepts as outstanding teachers and outstanding teachers＇ league, elaborating the content and significance of the league of outstanding teachers＇ then, the author puts forward the concrete mode and mechanism for the establishment of the league of outstanding teachers in ed- ucation. The author is intended to promote the practice and exploration of the establishment of outstanding teachers＇ league. It has been proved in practice that establishing outstanding teachers＇ league in education in line with Chinese situation will help to relieve the shortage of teacher resources within the district concerned, help promote organization level of teacher development, help more effectively utilize quality teacher resources, elevate education quality and enhance equal development of education.
