摘 要:以锦橙叶片为材料,采用野外光谱辐射仪测量叶片的光谱反射率,并对叶片进行水分、氮、钾、磷、叶绿素的含量测定,计算光谱反射率一阶微分、二阶微分.采用统计学相关分析法,分析叶片农学参数与反射光谱之间的相关关系.结果表明:农学参数中只有磷含量与叶片原始光谱反射率有显著性相关,且与反射率一阶微分、二阶微分的相关系数大于与原始光谱反射率的相关系数.所有测定的农学参数都与叶片光谱反射率一阶微分、二阶微分之间均有显著性相关,其中氮含量与反射率一阶微分、二阶微分相关性最强,相关系数绝对值达到0.9以上.这说明利用微分技术可以增强叶片农学参数与光谱信息的相关性,并为高光谱遥感定量估算锦橙农学参数提供理论依据.Taking the leaves of the Jincheng orange tree as an object ,the spectral reflectance of the leaves has been measured by Handheld Spectrometer ,meanw hile the agricultural parameter of the leaves has been determined in the lab .T he first and the second derivatives of the spectrum have been calculated .T he rela‐tionship between the agricultural parameter and the spectral reflectance of the leaves has been analyzed by the statistical method .The result shows that there is only a significant correlation between phosphorus content and original spectral reflectance .The correlation coefficient which is the phosphorus content and first derivative of spectrum ,the second derivative of spectrum is higher than original spectral reflectance . All of the agricultural parameters and the first derivative ,the two derivatives of leaf spectral reflectance are significantly correlated ,and the correlation of nitrogen content is the highest ,w hich reaches more than 0 .9 .T his indicates that the derivatives of spectra reflectance can enhance the correlation ,w hich can pro‐vide an important basis for using hyper‐spectral remote sensing to quantitatively estimated the agricultural parameter of the leaves of Jincheng orange .
