针刺背腧穴配合中药治疗缺血性脑卒中后肢体偏瘫22例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺背腧穴配合泻肝补肾药物对缺血性脑卒中后肢体偏瘫的临床疗效。方法将缺血性脑卒中后肢体偏瘫患者40例随机分为治疗组22例,对照组18例,治疗组在常规方案基础上,配伍背腧穴和泻肝补肾类药物,对照组采用常规方案,治疗4周后进行疗效评定。结果治疗组FMA评分和BI评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规方案基础上,配伍背腧穴和泻肝补肾类中药比单纯采用常规方案对缺血性脑卒中后肢体偏瘫的疗效更好。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of back acupoint acupuncture combined with liver -purging and kidney - tonifying drugs on the treatment of ischemic stroke limb hemiplegia patients. Methods ：40 patients were random- ly divided into a treatment group with 22 patients and a control group with 18 patients. The treatment group was treated with the back acupoint acupuncture combined with liver- purging and kidney- tonifying drugs besides conventional treatment while the control group was given the conventional treatment. The effectiveness was evaluated after a 4 - week treatment. Results ： FMA score and BI scores of the treatment group were better than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） Conclusion：Based on the conventional prescription, the back acupoint acupuncture combined with liver- purging and kidney -tonifying drugs has a better effect on the treatment of the ischemic stroke limb hemiplegia patients.
