摘 要:树木移植机的关键部分是铲刀结构,铲刀在树木的根部对土壤和树根进行剪切以完成拔根。运用铲刀入土过程力的理论对四铲式铲刀在入土过程中的受力情况进行分析,运用ANSYS软件对铲刀有限模型进行仿真和连续体的拓扑优化,得到铲刀在入土过程中应力与应变的变化,这些数据可以为铲刀的进一步优化提供理论依据,并对提高铲刀的寿命和效率提供参考。A tree transplanter is a very useful and efficient mechanical equipment in the job of afforest now. The key part of a tree transplanter is the spade which can finish the job by shearing the root of the tree and the soil. In this paper,the force of the spade of the tree transplanter while inserting into the soil was analyzed and simulated using the finite element theory and the finite element software-ANSYS. The change of stress and the deformation of the spade while inserting into the soil were obtained,which can provide theoretical foundation for furture optimization of the spade and provide references for the improvement of the economic life and efficiency while designing the spade of a tree transplanter.
