摘　　要：运用文献资料法梳理了建国以来我国运动员收入分配制度的演变历程,总结了不同阶段的制度特征,反思了当前收入分配制度存在的主要问题,并提出了我国运动员收入分配制度的完善策略。认为应通过加强运动员收入分配制度的整体设计、积极引进现代企业管理制度、加强运动员薪酬调查、提高运动员非经济薪酬、提高基础工资所占比重等来进一步完善我国运动员的收入分配制度。This article is an analysis of the evolution of the income distribution system for athletes in China,and asummary of the characteristics of the system at different stages. It reflects upon the main problems of the system andproposes corresponding solutions. The measures include emphasis on the overall design,introduction of the modernenterprise management system,strengthened investigation of athletes＇ salaries,increase in athletes＇ non-economic in-come and raise of the percentage of the base pay in the total income.
