浅谈主蒸汽压力和料液固液比对成品盐粒度的影响

摘　　要：结合晶体成晶过程和生产试验数据,分析多效真空制盐生产中主蒸汽压力和料液固液比对盐结晶粒度的影响,提出生产粒度均匀、纯度高的成品盐应控制的主蒸汽压力和固液比的较佳控制范围。Combined with crystallization process and produc tion test data, this paper analyzes the influence of steam pressure and feed density to the grain size of the salt product in the multiple effect salt making, and proposes the optimized control range of steam pressure and the feed density in order to get grain size and high purity salt product.
