摘 要:低合金高强热镀锌钢板H340LAD+Z具有耐腐蚀性的同时具备优良的冲压性能,广泛应用于汽车制造领域。针对1.75 mm厚的热镀锌钢板H340LAD+Z进行电阻点焊,研究不同锌层厚度对焊接质量的影响。试验采用公称镀层质量为100 g/m3和120 g/m3两种镀层条件,对比两种锌层厚度条件下的可焊电流窗口、电极持久性以及焊接接头金相组织;对两种锌层厚度条件下得到的焊接接头进行抗剪试验和硬度试验,并对比焊接接头的力学性能,得出了锌层对焊接工艺的影响。通过试验结果可以看出,锌层厚度大导致可焊电流窗口整体左移,并且导致可焊电流窗口减小;锌层厚度大还会导致电极磨损严重,电极持久性试验的电极寿命由1 000点降低到800点。High strength low alloy galvanized strips, H340LAD + Z, with corrosion resistance and good stamping performance, were widely used in the field of automobile manufacturing. This paper used resistance point welding of 1.75 mm H340LAD + Z hot - dip galvanized strips to study the influence of zinc layer thickness on resistance spot welding process. Nominal coating weight of 100 g/m3 and 120 g/m3 were used to compare the welding current rang, endurance test, and microstructure. Shear test, mierohard,lcss test were done on the two kinds of coating conditions to compare the mechanical properties of welding and the affecting factors of welding process. Through the analysis, the more thickness of zinc layer, the smaller the welding current rang. The welding current of big thickness was about 23% smaller than that of small thickness. The big thickness of Zinc layer could also cause the electrode wear serious, and the cap life in endurance test came down from 1 000 points to 800 points.
