摘  要:目的了解体育专业大学生营养状况、知识、态度和饮食行为现状,为高校开展营养健康教育及干预提供依据。方法分层随机抽取贵州8所高校体育教育、社会体育2个专业大一至大三学生共757名进行问卷调查。结果学生营养不良率为18.8%,女生高于男生(P<0.05)。学生营养知识及格率为38.2%,高年级高于低年级(P<0.01);学生营养态度良好,女生优于男生(P<0.05)。分别有10.8%和10.7%的大学生经常不吃和完全不吃早餐,口感是大学生选择食物的第1位原因,不注重荤素搭配饮食者占41.0%。结论应采取多种形式对学生进行营养知识教育、宣传和饮食行为的指导。Objective To investigate the nutritional status,nutrition knowledge,attitude and behavior of college students in Guizhou province and to provide scientific basis for the design and intervention of nutritional education. Methods Through randomized sampling,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 757 freshmen,sophomores and juniors who majoring in physical education and social sports from 8 universities in Guizhou. Results Malnutritional rate was 18. 8%,with female students higher than male students( P &lt; 0. 05). Correct rate of nutritional knowledge was 38. 2%,students from high grade have more nutritional knowledge than that of the lower grade( P &lt; 0. 01). Most students have proper nutritional attitude,with female students higher than males( P &lt; 0. 05). About 10. 8% of the students skipped breakfast and 10. 7% never had breakfast. Flavor was the first reason for the college students’ food consumption. About 41. 1% of them ignored vegetales and meat maches in dieting. Conclusion Most students lack necessary nutrition knowledge,but have motive to change their nutrition attitudes and practices. College should provide a comprehensive knowledge of nutrition’s effects on the human body.
