摘 要:目的编制适合我国中小学教师使用的学校心理社会环境评定工具,为科学评定学校心理社会环境和对学生进行心理干预提供依据。方法根据标准化问卷开发程序,通过文献回顾、专家咨询,定性研究形成条目池;运用7种统计方法对各条目进行筛选,以北京、陕西219名中小学教师为调查对象,初步评价其信度和效度。结果探索性因子分析将该问卷划分为亲密度、互动性及公平性3个维度。经过筛选,共有17个条目入选,该问卷的重测相关系数、Cronbachα系数、分半信度系数分别为0.872,0.813,0.761;所有条目的累积贡献率达48.194%。结论学校心理社会环境教师评定问卷具有较好的准确性和可靠性,但问卷结构尚不理想。需进一步通过增加条目种类、增加特征值数量的提取等措施,使问卷在结构更加完善。Objective To develop Questionnaire of Psycho-social Environment of School( PSES) Teacher Version which is suitable to Chinese situation and to provide scientific basis for promoting mental health of students. Methods According to a standard procedure,the items of the questionnaire for PSES were developed through literature review,expert consultation and relevant qualitative research. A total of 219 teachers from Beijing and Shaanxi completed the preliminary PSES questionnaire. Reliability and validity was evaluated. Results The PSES was classified into three dimensions by exploratory factor analysis. The final PSES questionnaire was composed of 17 items. The test-retest correlation coefficient,Cronbach’s α coefficient and split-half reliability coefficient of the PSES was 0. 872,0. 813 and 0. 761,respectively. The cumulative percentage of the item was 48. 194%. Conclusion PSES questionnaire has a good reliability,however it still needs to be further applied and examined in future studies.
