马铃薯联合田七粉外敷治疗动静脉内瘘皮下血肿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨马铃薯联合田七粉外敷治疗动静脉内瘘皮下血肿的效果。方法：2012年6月至2013年9月发生动静脉内瘘皮下血肿72例，均分为二组。其中对照组采用硫酸镁湿敷；试验组采用切片马铃薯贴覆联合田七粉外敷。对比两组疗效、血肿消退、局部硬结及血流量情况。结果：试验组（100％）疗效明显优于对照组（86.11％）。试验组血肿消退快速，未出现局部硬结，血流量多在200～300 mL·min^-1内。两组疗效及各指标对比均有统计学差异（ P均﹤0.05）。结论：马铃薯联合田七粉外敷后血肿消散部位效果好，有利于保护维持性血液透析患者的生命通道，使血液透析够正常进行；内瘘血肿吸收快，疼痛时间缩短，减轻患者痛苦。Objective：To investigate the effect of fistula within the United Tianqi potato powder topical treatment of arterio-venous hematoma. Methods：to move fistula occurred intravenous subcutaneous hematoma of 72 patients from June,2012 to September,2013 in the hemodialysis centers. The control group which magnesium sulfate wet;experimental group to take slices of potato paste the cover joint Tianqi powder topical. Comparison of two groups,hematoma subsided,local indu-ration and blood flows. Results：Tianqi using potato flour combined topical treatment of the experimental group（100%） was significantly better than the conventional group（86. 11%）. Test hematoma subsided rapidly,local induration did not appear,and the blood flow was mostly in 200 ～ 300 mL·min^-1 . The comparison between the two groups was statisti-cally significant（P﹤0. 05）. Conclusion：After comparing,the external application of hematoma parts with potato flour and topical joint Tianqi was effective,and help protect the hemodialysis patient′s life path,be enough to make normal he-modialysis;allows rapid absorption fistula hematoma,shortening the time of pain to alleviate the suffering of patients.
