新形势下张家口高星酒店经营方式转变研究

摘　　要：我国酒店业的发展是改革开放后由旅游业的发展带动起来的,其中高星酒店的设施、服务及管理水平都有明显提高。酒店发展中,经营模式起着至关重要的作用。虽然张家口市五星级酒店也迅速崛起,但是与一二线城市,在客源、消费能力和市场环境方面都存在明显差异。因此,高星级酒店经营管理方面存在的问题必然成为我市酒店业发展的瓶颈。课题通过调查分析张家口高星酒店现状及存在问题,从经营管理模式及营销模式等方面提出创新性建议措施。The development of Chinab hotel industry is driven by the development of tourism after the reform and opening - up of the country. Both facilities and level of service and management have been significantly improved. Management style plays a vital role in hotel＇s development. Although Zhangjiakou has made a rapid growth in high- ranked hotel construction, there are still obvious differences in tourist source, consumption power and market environment between the first and second tier cities and Zhangjiakou. Therefore, the problems in our city＇ s high - ranked hotels management are bound to become a bottleneck of the development of hotel industry. On the basis of the investigation and analysis on the status quo and existing problems in our eity＇ s hotels, this paper puts forward innovative proposals and measures in the management model and marketing model.
