摘　　要：基于推进节能减排目标提出的低碳校园,是促进绿色校园建设,推行低碳理念,倡导低碳生活,促进高校科学发展的重要体现。通过对高校低碳校园建设的意义、原则和基本内容的全面分析,提出高校低碳校园建设的基本思路和技术保障体系,对高校低碳校园建设具有借鉴意义。Based on promoting energy-saving and emission-reduction targets, low carbon campus is the important embodiment in promoting green campus construction, implementing the low carbon concept, advocating low carbon life style, and promoting the scientific development of colleges and universities. Through analyzing three aspects of the meaning and principle and basic content of low carbon campus construction in colleges and universities, the article proposes the basic idea and technology support system of low carbon campus construction, and has reference significance for the low carbon campus construction in colleges and universities.
