浅谈企业开展合理化建议活动的制度建设

摘　　要：制度建设在推动企业开展合理化建议活动中作用巨大,企业开展合理化建议活动的历史伴随着制度建设的历史。要正确认识制度在活动开展过程中的作用,明确活动的群众属性,完善制度的框架结构,并按提高领导的关注度、提高群众的参与度、提高制度的契合度的一般性规律,加强企业开展合理化建议活动的制度建设。Institutional improvement plays an important role in promoting the enterprise＇s activity of rational proposals. It is necessary to understand the universality of the activity, perfect institutional framework and intensify institutional improvement through arousing leaders＇ attention to it, encouraging more employees to participate in it and making the institution better corresponding.
