摘　　要：子宫发育异常是生殖器官发育异常中最常见的一种,子宫发育异常种类繁多,需要超声仔细观察鉴别,经阴道超声探头频率高,避开肠腔气体及腹壁脂肪的影响,能清晰显示宫腔内孕囊与内膜的关系以及宫腔内膜与宫颈的关系。正确地诊断双子宫畸形并一侧宫腔妊娠,为早孕提供确切的受孕部位,为需要做人工流产术者提供准确信息,减少盲目性。Uterine abnormality is one of the most common genital abnormalities. Uterine aimormalitics wu-i（qy, requiring careful observation of ultrasound to identify. High frequency transvaginal ullrasound probe can aw〉id the effects of the gas and abdominal fat in the intestine and can clearly show intrauterine gcstalional sac＇ and the relationship between endometrial uterine endometrium and cervix. Correctly diagnosing uterine malformations and side double intrauterine pregnancy provides the exact site of the early pregnancy and accurate information t^r abortion.
