摘  要:健美操教师在教学过程中起着至关重要的作用,教师自身作用发挥的程度将影响健美操的教学效果.笔者依据当今健美操的发展趋势,并结合教学经验,构建了健美操教师角色定位多元化的教学模式设想:教学时,教师突破单一的"我是教师"的角色定位,根据课的不同部分和需要不断转化角色来适应教学过程中出现的一切问题,全身心投入到每个角色的演出,把一节课当做自己的一部作品去认真对待,教学效果将会大大提升.The aerobics teachers play an essential role in the teaching process of the course, the maximi- zation of playing their own role will influence the effect of Aerobics teaching. According to the current development trend of aerobics, combining with teaching experience, we construct the diversification of aerobics teachers role in classroom teaching process, in teaching teachers can breakthrough single “I am a teacher”, according to the different parts and class constantly transformed the role to adapt to all the problems appeared in the teaching process, to devote to each role, put a lesson as his works to take seriously, will greatly enhance the teaching effect.
