摘 要:相变材料是一种能根据外界温度变化,通过吸热、放热的方式自发地改变状态的材料,也是制作调温材料的重要原料。为了研制具有蓄温隔热性能的纺织品,采用微胶囊技术将相变石蜡包覆于密胺树脂中制成相变微胶囊,并利用浸渍的方式将相变微胶囊整理到织物上来制备调温织物。文章探讨了整理剂质量分数对织物调温效果的影响;采用DSC测试分析后整理织物的热效应。研究表明,整理剂质量分数为11.57%的织物较原织物其相变焓较高且能达到较理想的相变温度,调温效果也优良。According to the change of temperature, phase change material can change the status through the way of endothermic and exothermic. And it also was important raw material to make the thermal control fabric. In order to develop textiles with heat storage and heat insulation performance, phase change microcapsules were prepared through melamine resin coatingphase change paraffinby using microcapsule technology. Andphase changemicrocapsule was finishedtofabrics by means of dipping. The effect of thermal control of finishing agent content on the fabric was discussed in details. Moreover DSC was measured to analyze the thermal effect of finished fabric. The results demonstrated that fabric witl 11.57% of finishing agent had higher enthalpy than the control fabric, and it can achievec moreappropriate phase transition temperature and better thermal control effect.
