摘 要:研究发明了一台新型絮状织物保暖性测试仪,可以测试织物动态环境下的保暖性,填补了纺织品保暖性检测只能在静态环境中测试的空白。使用变频器和气候模拟舱,设计出不同的测试环境,尤其是絮状织物实际服用时的寒冷刺骨并伴着大风的环境。采用西门子PLC与组态王软件结合实现温度的实时采集与监控,取得准确、稳定的温度值,并自动绘制出温度随时间变化曲线,在计算机上实现大量温度数据量的自动存储、处理、显示、打印等功能,从而简单、便捷、有效地获得絮状织物在特定环境下的保暖性。可编程控制器将这些硬件与软件连接实现了该装置的全自动化控制。Our group has invented a new fabrics thermal insulation instrument. It can test the warmth of the fabric in dynamic environments, and fill the blank of this textile warmth detection can only be used in a static environment. The frequency converter and climate simulation positions have be used to be able to design different test environments, especially flocculent fabric actually is used in a cold and windy environment. In order to obtain accurate, stable temperature value, we use Siemens PLC and Configuration king software to get the real-time acquisition and monitoring of the temperature, and automatically draw the temperature versus of time as abscissa and changed temperature as ordinate. The large amount of temperature data is automatically stored on the computer. Computer can process, display and print the data. Programmable logic controller puts the hardware and software together. The system controls them to make test simply, convenient and effective. So we can acquire the warmth of flocculent fabric in certain circumstances. The device has achieved a fully automated control.
