摘 要:目的优选经舒宁颗粒的提取和醇沉工艺。方法采用正交试验法,对提取和醇沉的各主要影响因素进行考察,以芍药苷的提取率和浸膏得率为指标,考察加水倍量、提取时间和次数;以醇沉后的芍药苷含量和干膏得率为指标,考察醇沉药液相对密度、乙醇浓度和静置时间。结果优选的最佳提取工艺为加水10倍量,提取3次,每次2h;最佳醇沉工艺为醇沉药液相对密度1.12,乙醇浓度60%,醇沉时间24h。结论优选出的提取和醇沉工艺合理可行,稳定可靠,适合工业化生产。Objective To optimize the process of extraction and alcohol precipitation of Jingshuning Granules. Methods Using orthogonal test, the main influence factors of extraction and alcohol precipitation were investigated. Water volume, extraction time and times were inspected, with the metastasis rate of paeoniflorin and extract yield as influencing factors. The content of paeoniflorin and dry extract yield were used as index to study the relative density of concentrated liquid, alcohol concentration and time. Results The optimized extraction process was to add 10 times amount of water, extract for 3 times, 2 hours each time.The best process of alcohol precipitation was that the relative density of concentrated liquid was 1.12, alcohol concentration was 60%, and alcohol precipitation time was 24 hours. Conclusion The optimized technology of extraction and alcohol precipitation was reasonable, stable and reliable. It is suitable for industrial production.
