化学还原镀制备Fe-Cu复合粉体的试验研究

摘  要:采用化学还原镀法制备Fe-Cu复合粉体,并用正交试验方法获得制备均匀致密镀层的最佳方案:CuSO_4浓度为20 g/L,HCHO浓度为11 mL/L,镀液pH值为11.0。通过SEM和金相显微镜观察复合粉体的表面形貌并进行能谱分析,证明还原镀法制备Fe-Cu复合粉体是可行的,有望代替置换镀进行大规模生产。Fe-Cu composite powder was prepared by chemical reduction plating, and the optimum parameters were determined by orthogonal experiments. The results show that uniform and dense coating can be obtained when the concentration of CuSO4 is 20 g/L, the concentration of HCHO is 11 mL/L and the pH value of plating solution is 11.0. The surface morphology of composite powder was observed through-SEM and optical microscopy, and the en- ergy spectrum analysis was also carried out, which confirms that the Fe-Cu composite powder can be prepared by chemical reduction plating, and it is expected to replace the replacement plating in mass production.
