摘 要:目的 探讨职业活动导向模式在本科护生实习前培训中的应用效果.方法 对2008~2009级本科护生73人(实验组)实习前采用职业活动导向模式进行培训,即安排护生在附属医院进行为期3周的浸泡式培训,并与采用传统实习前校内操作技能强化培训的66名2006~2007级本科护生(对照组)进行培训效果的比较.结果 两组本科护生的培训后操作考核成绩、反思日记和实习1个月后的操行评定情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 职业活动导向模式应用于实习前培训,可激发护生的学习兴趣,利于护生职业能力的培养,缩短临床适应期,为后期的临床实习奠定良好的基础.Objective To evaluate the effect of application of the career-oriented teaching model in pre-internship for training for nursing students. Methods Nursing undergraduates were divided into two groups: 66 students of the grade 2006- 2007 for the control group and 73 of the grade 2008-2009 for the experiental group. The career-oriented teaching model- a three-week im- mersion training in an affiliated hospital was adopted for the experimental group before their internship, while traditional training was provided for the control group. Training effect was compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the two groups' scores of skill test and reflective diary before internship, and internship performance assessment scores after one-month in- ternship were significant(P〈 0.05, P〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Setting up the career-oriented teaching model in nursing training before the internship can inspire nursing students' interest in learning, which will help them develop their professional capabilities, shorten their clinical adaptation period and pave a good foundation for the later clinical practice.
