摘 要:目的了解临床护理教师心理弹性状况,分析影响心理弹性的主要因素,为有效提高临床护理教师心理弹性提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法抽取南充市10所教学医院的560名临床护理教师,采用心理弹性量表进行调查。结果临床护理教师的心理弹性总分为76.24±9.68;不同转班方式、学历、医院等级、科室、年龄、教龄、职称、职务、婚姻、用工性质的临床护理教师心理弹性总分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。年龄、教龄、学历、职称、职务、科室是临床护理教师心理理弹性的影响因素(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论临床护理教师心理弹性处于较高水平,有较多的因素可影响其心理弹性。临床教学管理者应针对其影响因素加强管理,营造良好的工作及教学环境,以提高临床护理教师的心理弹性水平。Objective To learn sbout the status of resilience of clinical nursing teachers,and to disclose the major influencing factors, so as to improve their resilience. Methods Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale was filled out by 560 clinical nursing teachers, who were randomly selected with cluster sampling, and served in ten teaching hospitals of Nanchong. Results The overall resilience score of clinical nursing teachers was(76.24±9.68). The differences in resilience score due to the shift method, education degree, hospital level,department, age, years of experience as a teacher,proffessional title, position, marrital status and nature of employ- ment were significant statistically (P〈0.01 for all). Age, years of experience as a teacher,eduction degree, proffessional title,po- sition and department were influencing factors for resilience(P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion The resilience of clinical nursing teachers has been found quite high and influenced by various factors. Therefore, clinical education administrators should take targe- ted measures to create good working and teaching environment to further raise their level of resilience.
