摘 要:目的 探讨护士对照岗位标准自行认领班次在临床护理管理中的可行性.方法 将责任护士分成N0~N4级5个能级;设责任护士、总务护士、助理护士3种岗位;确定白班、夜班、早晚班3个班次.护士长提前1个月公布各岗位和班次所需人数,护士根据自己的能级和实际情况认领;每3个月轮换1次.实施3年后抽取样本评价效果.结果 实施护士自行认领班次后护士、患者满意度显著高于实施前(均P<0.01).结论 护士对照岗位标准自行认领班次体现了人性化的管理,调动了护士工作的积极性,能够更好地为患者提供优质护理服务,提高住院患者满意度.Objective To investigate the feasibility of shifts arranged by the nurses themselves according to requirements of nursing posts. Methods We divided nurses into five levels based on their competency; set up such three posts as primary nurses, general nurses, and nurse assistants; and developed three types of shift work: day shift, night shift, and morning-evening rotating shift. The number of persons required for each post and shift was announced one month in advance, then shifts were arranged by the nur- ses themselves according to their competency and personal situations. Shifts were rotated every 3 months. Effects were evaluated after 3 years. Results Satisfaction reported by both nurses and patients was significantly improved after implementation of the new shift-arrangement method (P〈0.01 for both). Conclusion Shifts arranged by the nurses themselves according to requirements of nursing posts, reflects humane values of nursing management, inspires the enthusiasm of nurses, thus to provide quality care for patients and improve their satisfaction.
