转型经济中的我国财政分权研究:方法、目标及其特征与展望

摘　　要：从我国转型经济的背景出发,辨析了在研究财政分权及其相关问题时容易混淆的一些概念,并与其他类型的财政分权研究作比较,指出研究我国财政分权时应采用的方法和所需达到的目标。在此基础上提出对我国财政分权应有新的理解,由此阐述了目前我国财政分权的一些显著特征,如多维度、立体性、内生性等。最后,对我国财政分权的前瞻性研究作了展望。This thesis presents the clarification about some easily-confused concepts in the research about financial power decentralization and related matters from the background of China＇s economic transformation. It also compares the financial power decentralization with other type of financial power decentralization, puts forward the methodology and mission of China＇s financial power decentralization. It summarizes some distinct features of China power decentralization such as multi-dimensional and in-born etc. It gives new understanding to China＇s financial power decentralization and outlook to the prospective research of China＇s financial decentralization.
