Bcl-2、VEGF、MMP-2在结肠黏液腺癌的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Bcl-2、VEGF、MMP-2在结肠黏液腺癌中的表达及其与临床预后资料的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学及组织芯片技术,对91例结肠黏液腺癌及癌旁组织Bcl-2、VEGF、MMP-2的表达进行检测。结果结肠黏液腺癌中Bcl-2、VEGF、MMP-2的表达率分别为68.13%、53.85%和60.43%,癌旁组织中三者表达的阳性率分别为36.26%、30.76%和25.27%,三项指标各组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Bcl-2、VEGF、MMP-2在结肠黏液腺癌中的表达与癌组织病理分化程度、TNM分期,淋巴结转移比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但与年龄和性别无关(P>0.05)。结论结肠黏液腺癌的发展,侵袭,转移与Bcl-2、VEGF、MMP-2的过度表达相关,三者具有协同作用,联合检测可以判断结肠黏液腺癌的恶性程度及预后。Objective To investigate the relationship of clinical prognosis and Bcl-2,VEGF and MMP-2 protein ex-pression in colon mucinous adenocarcinoma.Methods The expression of Bcl-2,VEGF,MMP-2 in 91 cases of colon cancer and precancerous tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry method.Results The positive rates of Bcl-2, VEGF and MMP-2 in colon carcinoma were 68.13%,53.85% and 60.43% respectively.They were 36.26%,30.76%and 25.27% in precancerous tissue.The difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.expression of Bcl-2,VEGF,＆amp;nbsp;MMP-2 in colorectal cancer had statistics significance with degree of differentiation,TNM staging,lymph node metasta-sis （P 〈0.05）,but it wasn’t significant with age and sex（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Overexpression of Bcl-2,VEGF, MMP-2 in colon cancer play an important role in the occurrence and development of colon cancer.There is a synergy. Joint detection of them has important value in the malignancy and judgement prognosis of colorectal cancer.
