摘  要:为了研究在打叶复烤过程中白肋烟叶TSNAs含量的变化趋势,对白肋烟5个模块烟叶原烟、一润、二润、打叶及复烤处理环节进行了取样,并利用SPSS和MINITAB软件对样品的常规化学和TSNAs含量进行了分析。结果表明,在打叶复烤的过程中TSNAs含量在打叶处理环节显著上升,在复烤处理环节下降,其中NNN、NAT及NAB含量经过打叶复烤整个过程显著上升,NNK含量略有上升但和原烟相比差异不显著。白肋烟TSNAs含量与常规化学成分的相关性不显著。因此调控TSNAs的关键点在打叶处理环节。In order to research the changing trend of TSNAs contents in burley tobacco in process of thresh- ing and redrying, five modules of burley tobacco were taken in process of crude tobacco, first conditioning, sec- ond conditioning, threshing and redrying. Routine chemical components and TSNAs contents of the samples were analyzed using SPSS and MINITAB. The results showed that the contents of TSNAs increased significantly in the threshing, but decreased in the redwing. Among them, NNN, NAT and NAB increased significantly, and NNK increased slightly but without any significant difference compared with crude tobacco in this whole process. Test for correlation coefficient showed that the relationship between TSNAs and routine chemical components did not display notable linear correlation. Therefore, threshing is considered the most important period in TSNAs control.
