摘  要:肌醇具有良好的生理与保健作用,近年来需求量不断增加,出口市场供不应求。从肌醇的生产技术看来,我国肌醇生产企业一直沿用传统的生产工艺,生产效率徘徊不前。为了改善肌醇传统生产工艺生产周期长、收率低的问题,在传统工艺基础上开展了微波辅助浸提提取菲汀,离子交换树脂吸附植酸,弱碱液洗脱成植酸盐,植酸盐酶法常压水解,水解液过滤后离子交换树脂除杂与脱色,再行浓缩、结晶与精制的实验研究。通过实验获得的产品与传统工艺对比,产品各项质量指标均达标,收率由原来的不足10%提高到13%以上。液相色谱图也和标样具有很好的相关性。说明改进后的生产工艺提升了肌醇的质量和收率,具有较好的应用价值。Inositol has good physiological and health care effects.In recent years,the demand is increasing,especially for the export market.In terms of inositol production technology,our country has been using the traditional production process,the efficiency is relatively low.To improve the long production cycle and low yield of traditional inositol production process,the author experimented on the following methods to obtain a high yield qualified products:microwave—assisted phytin extraction,phytic acid absorption through ion-exchange resin,elution of weak alkaline into phytate,enzymatic hydrolysis of phytate under atmospheric pressure,filtration and bleaching through ion exchange resin,further concentration,crystallization and refinement of hydrolysate.Products obtained reach all quality standards and the yield increases from10% to 13%.The Liquid chromatography has also a good consistency with the samples.This shows that the improved production process enhanced the quality and yield of inositol obtained,and hence has a higher application value.
