摘　　要：目的调查缺血性中风患者住院期间的治疗药物应用情况,探讨其合理性,为进一步制定该病的治疗方案提供参考。方法采取多中心回顾性调查方法,选取我省具有一定规模和较高医疗技术水准及科研能力的八家医院作为调研单位,各中心分别自病案室抽取2006年间在本单位住院的符合纳入标准的缺血性中风病病历,如实客观地填写《既往脑卒中患者住院情况调查表》,统计分析用药情况。结果调查病历中大都采用中药注射剂和口服剂、脱水药、溶栓药、抗血小板,改善脑循环,改善脑代谢为主的中西医结合疗法。392例患者临床治愈及好转率为93.6%,无效率为6.4%,用药基本合理。结论缺血性中风治疗涉及药物多,疗程长,价格高,为了减轻患者负担,应制定合理的治疗方案,更有必要作药物经济学研究。Objective To investigate the drug in patients with ischemic stroke treatment,and explore its rationality for further study of the disease treatment programs provide a reference.Methods Approach to multi center retrospective survey methods,se-lection of a certain size and a higher level of medical technology and research capabilities as a research unit of eight hospitals,the cen-ters were extracted from medical records room in 2006,the unit of the hospital met the inclusion criteria lack hemorrhagic stroke pa-tients medical records,truthfully and obj ectively fill out the“previous stroke patient questionnaire”,statistical analysis of drug use.Re-sults Most of the results of the investigation records in the use of dehydration drugs,thrombolytic drugs,anti platelet,improve cer-ebral circulation,improve brain metabolism based combination therapy in Western medicine.392 cases of clinical cure and improve-ment rate was 93.6%,ineffective rate was 6.4%,medication is reasonable.Conclusion Ischemic stroke treatment involves more than drugs,treatment length,high price,in order to reduce the burden on the patients,should develop a reasonable treatment plan,the more necessary for drug economics.
