脑苷肌肽联合红花黄色素治疗急性脑梗死临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察脑苷肌肽联合红花黄色素治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果。方法随机将发病在3d内的急性脑梗死患者(115例)分为两组。两组均行常规治疗(阿司匹林抑制血小板聚集,甘露醇脱水)以及红黄黄色素100mL静脉滴注,每天1次,连用14d;治疗组60例予脑苷肌肽6mL加入生理盐水250mL中静脉滴注,每天1次,连用14d。两周后进行神经功能缺失评定。结果治疗组与对照组在治疗14d后血浆B型脑钠肽前体(NT-pro-BNP)水平明显下降(P<0.05),两组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组比对照组疗效好(P<0.05)。结论两组均能明显改善急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损,临床疗效明显,且联用脑苷肌肽与红花黄色素疗效更好。Objective To observe the curative effect of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with saffbr yellow for treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and fifteen patients with acute cerebral infarction were divid-ed into observation group（n=60）treated with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with saffbr yellow on the basis of general routine treatment and control group（n=55）treated with saffbr yellow on the basis of general routine treatment.Re-sults After treatment for 14 days,the level of NT pro BNP in both group was obviously decreased （P〈0.05）.The neurological deficit scores in observation and control group significant were declined （P〈0.05）.Clinical efficiency in observation group was higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical efficiency of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with saffbr yellow was better than that in control group.
